A
session is pleasant, relaxing, and can be utilized for one's own personal
wellness, as well as for management of ones illness or disease. It
gives you the time to step out of the hustle and bustle of every day life, a
moment for yourself. It can be done in person or long distance and you are
fully clothed while comfortably reclining on a massage table, mat, or seated in
a chair. Only the shoes, jewelry, and accessories are removed so there is no
interference. A session usually lasts about one hour.
The
therapeutic influence of the session continues to manifest for some time after
it ends. For this reason it is desirable (where possible) for the recipient to
take things easy for a day or so, in order to gain the full benefits. It is a
good idea to drink water, eat healthy meals and get plenty of rest. The body is
