         I had AardenLight do psychic readings at my son's birthday party.  The insightful readings she gave to all my guests were great.  She took her time and answered all of their questions.  Everyone I talked to at the party was very happy with their readings and they would like to have her come again in the future!

       I have taken many different yoga classes and I really like AardenLight's classes.  I really appreciate how she breaks down the postures and how to move from one posture into the other.  I am looking forward to my next class.

       I have been a licensed Skin Care Specialist practicing for the past 25 years. I hold in great regard the time I've spent with AardenLight. When she announced to me that she was a Reiki practitioner at the end of one of her appointments with me it perhaps took me two seconds to get on my message table and ask her if she could do anything for these knees of mine. At that time I was scheduled to see my Orthopedic Surgeon the next day to possibly schedule a knee surgery because I was having so much pain and immobility in my knees. I could not even get up without some sort of assistance.

      She assessed the damage and quietly got started. She used soothing music, candles, and crystals and even some breathing techniques to get me relaxed, as it is hard for me to sit for five minutes. I had a memorable and fruitful experience. The next day I was crawling around on the floor with my granddaughter and walking up and down stairs with no problems. The pain and the swelling went down and I can gladly say I did not have to schedule a knee surgery. Because of these results I have continued to get regular treatments from her and have had many more health benefits from them. I recommend her to my clients as well.

 

       AardenLight has an incredible confidence and well-defined personality and she brings all of that strength into her practice of Reiki. She has truly found herself. I told my husband, who also knows her, that she is practicing Reiki and he said, "I'm not at all surprised. She has always had an incredible energy around her."

 

       As I write this I'm anticipating another treatment this evening with a very special person.

        I am a practicing pagan that has recently begun my own healing path. I went to AardenLight for my first Reiki consultation and treatment. She was very knowledgeable and informative about the treatment she was giving. She used beautiful crystals during the treatment and explained why she was using them as well as stones that I can use on my own to help with my issues. Prior to the treatment she explained the Chakra's to me in a confident, clear manner and afterwords she explained what blockages and malfunctions she saw and how I may solve them. I believe the treatment and journey was more powerful as a result. Soon after the treatment I found an increased flow of energy in my own energy work. I am looking forward to my next treatment from her.
