I very much believe in enjoying physical activity. My sessions are intended to be fun along with the focus, concentration, and physical challenge that Yoga presents. The sessions include postures that focus on integrating breath, movement, strength, flexibility, alignment, and awareness. Sessions will end with 10 minutes dedicated to core work, this means abs and back (no groaning allowed).
